U.S. President Joe Biden said in a speech on Tuesday his country is opening a new chapter of diplomacy.
However, his debut at the UN General Assembly came just after some controversial foreign policy decisions without sufficient consultations with allies, including a diplomatic rift with France over a submarine deal with Australia.
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said in a pre-recorded video that his country does not trust the promises made by the U.S. government.
