Zeng Yanghou performs Wudang Kung Fu in the Yuxu Temple of Mt. Wudang ahead of Double Ninth Festival, or China's Seniors' Day, which this year falls on Oct. 14.
Held on the ninth day of the ninth lunar month, the Double Ninth Festival is also called Chongyang Festival. On this day, people climb mountains and admire chrysanthemums.
Zeng is skilled at various Wudang martial art routines, and he has served on the Wudang Kung Fu team for many years. Occasionally, he also teaches Wudang Kung Fu for martial arts enthusiasts who come to Mt. Wudang.
In recent years, Zeng has been invited to participate in martial arts exchanges and performances in China and abroad. For more than 10 years, he has traveled all over the country and throughout Southeast Asia to spread Wudang culture.
