TAIPEI, Oct. 14 (Xinhua) -- A deadly fire in southern Taiwan's Kaohsiung has caused major casualties, including 46 dead and 41 injured, said local media reports.
The 40-year-old commercial and residential building caught fire in the early hours of Thursday, and 139 people live in the building.
