BEIJING, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) -- The first phase of testing of China's unified qualification exam for legal professionals this year kicked off on Saturday.
A new record number of 718,900 people have signed up for the testing of objective questions, which is scheduled to run through Sunday, according to the Ministry of Justice.
At an exam site in Beijing, applicants were seen wearing masks and having their temperatures taken and scanning the health code before entering the site.
The second phase of testing featuring subjective questions will be held on Nov. 21 nationwide. Enditem
