The average price of electricity in Lithuania increased by 41 percent in September month-on-month, reaching 123.96 euros per megawatt-hour (MWh) -- the highest in the Baltic states, according to power supplier Elektrum Lietuva. Accordingly, all residential consumers in the country should expect to pay more for heat.
