The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) is to facilitate trade and investment, and provide a boost to economic recovery, Hiroaki Ito, general Manager of Yokogawa Sichuan Instrument Co., Ltd., said in a recent interview with Xinhua.
