Zhao Jinhui, Datouyu Restaurant Manager, opened this restaurant in 1998. The speciality of the restaurant is fish cooked in copper hotpot. This kind of hotpot has over a hundred years of history in Jiangchuan County, southwest China’s Yunnan Province. Apart from fish, duck, free-range chicken and spare ribs can also be put in the pot as ingredients.
