HAVANA, March 21 (Xinhua) -- The Guantanamo Bay detention facility on the island of Cuba is a notorious U.S. military prison set up in 2002, as part of America's "war on terror."
Over the past two decades, the facility has become a symbol of U.S. torture and abuse of prisoners.
