TUNIS, Sept. 9 (Xinhua) -- Tunisian President Kais Saied on Thursday discussed bilateral relations with visiting Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, Tunisian presidency announced in a statement.

On his official visit to Tunisia, Dbeibah was accompanied by his countries' ministers of health and interior.

"This meeting represented an opportunity to review the strong brotherhood and the fruitful cooperation between Tunisia and Libya in various fields, and to reaffirm the unity of destiny and the coherence of development, stability and security of the two countries," read the statement.

The two sides agreed on the need to find common solutions to some issues and difficulties related to health, movement of people and goods at the crossings points, debts, and Tunisia's contribution to the reconstruction of Libya.

They also discussed ways to intensify coordination and exchange of information to secure borders and combat terrorism and organized crimes. Enditem
