  记者：据报道，日本海上自卫队近期进行“战斧”巡航导弹实弹试射，日防卫大臣称面对战后最严峻、最复杂的安全环境，远程导弹将成为日一种反击手段。此外，日航空自卫队还进行了新型导弹挂飞试验。请问对此有何评论？

  陈曦：日方加快发展进攻性武器的动向日益猖獗、十分危险，值得地区国家高度警惕。事实已经证明，日方所谓“周边安全威胁”只是其突破和平宪法和“专守防卫”规制，加速推进“再军事化”的借口。真正威胁日本安全、地区和平稳定的，恰恰是日本国内谋求扩军备武、加速“再军事化”的妄动。噩梦不能重演，和平需要守护。国际社会必须团结起来、行动起来，共同遏制日本“新型军国主义”成势为患、祸乱世界。

  Chen Xi: Japan's moves to accelerate the development of offensive weapons are becoming increasingly rampant and perilous, which warrant high vigilance among regional countries. Realities have proved that the Japanese side's so-called "neighboring security threat" is merely a pretext for breaking free from its pacifist constitution and the "exclusively defense-oriented" policy, and expediting remilitarization. The real threat to Japan's security and regional peace and stability is its reckless attempts in ramping up military buildup and accelerating remilitarization. The nightmare of war must not repeat itself and peace must be upheld. It is imperative for the international community to unite and act in concert to contain the rise of Japan's neo-militarism and prevent it from plunging the world into turmoil.
