JAMMU, Indian-controlled Kashmir, Dec. 31 (Xinhua) -- Sikh warriors and devotees marked the birth anniversary of Sikh guru on Monday in Jammu, the winter capital of Indian controlled Kashmir.

The devotees take out a procession ahead of the birth anniversary of the 10th Sikh guru, which will be marked on Jan. 2. The Sikh Gurus established sikhism and are the spiritual masters of the world's fifth largest religion.
