SHANGHAI, Feb. 20 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures closed higher Thursday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for April delivery was up 8.2 yuan (about 1.17 U.S. dollars) to close at 419.6 yuan a barrel.
The total trading volume for 14 listed crude oil futures contracts on the exchange was 38,582 lots, with a turnover of about 16.21 billion yuan.
