KATHMANDU, April 14 (Xinhua) -- Biska Festival is celebrated annually on the new year according to Nepali calendar. During this occasion people have get-togethers and celebrate in various ways. However, this year the celebrations was cancelled after the Nepali government extended the ongoing lockdown to battle the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
