TOKYO -- Tokyo confirmed 107 new cases of COVID-19 as of Sunday afternoon, local media reported, pushing the total number of COVID-19 cases to 3,082 in the Japanese capital.
The 107 newly confirmed cases contain both children under the age of 10 and senior citizens in their 90s, according to government officials. Meanwhile, 67 of them have no clear infection routes, accounting for about 62 percent of all.

MOSCOW -- Russia has registered a new daily record of 6,060 COVID-19 cases over the last 24 hours, raising the total number to 42,853 as of Sunday, official data showed.
The death toll climbed to 361 from 313 the previous day, while 3,291 people have recovered, including 234 in the past 24 hours, Russia's coronavirus response center said in a statement.

DHAKA -- Bangladesh Sunday confirmed another seven deaths from COVID-19, said the country's health minister.
"COVID-19 death toll rose to 91 Sunday as health officials confirmed seven more fatalities," Health Minister Zahid Maleque told journalists at a online press briefing.
He said the number of cases increased to 2,456, with 312 more cases reported in the last 24 hours as of 8:00 a.m. local time Sunday.

JAKARTA -- The Indonesian government on Sunday announced 327 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of infections in the archipelagic country to 6,575.
There were also 47 new deaths, taking the total number of fatalities to 582, the government's spokesperson for the COVID-19-related matters Achmad Yurianto said at a press conference.

MANILA -- The Department of Health (DOH) of the Philippines reported on Sunday 172 new confirmed COVID-19 cases, bringing the total number in the country to 6,259.
According to the DOH, 12 patients have died, bringing the death toll to 409.
The DOH added that 56 patients have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 572.

SEOUL -- South Korea reported eight more cases of the COVID-19 compared to 24 hours ago as of midnight Sunday local time, raising the total number of infections to 10,661.
