RAMALLAH, Aug. 24 (Xinhua) -- Israeli soldiers killed a 17-year-old Palestinian teenager on Tuesday morning in the West Bank city of Nablus, Palestinian medics said.
Director of emergency and first aid of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society Ahmad Jibril told reporters that Emad Hashash, the teenager, was from Balata refugee camp near Nablus.
Eyewitnesses said that an Israeli army force stormed the refugee camp at dawn searching for Palestinians wanted by Israeli security forces and Hashash was killed in clashes with the Israeli soldiers.
There has been no immediate comment from the Israeli army on the killing of the teenager. Enditem
