TUNIS, Sept. 23 (Xinhua) -- Since the start of the national vaccination campaign on March 13, a total of 3,357,086 Tunisians have completed their COVID-19 vaccination, Tunisian Ministry of Health said Thursday.
A total of 7,342,484 doses of vaccines against the coronavirus have been administered so far, the ministry said.
The total number of people who registered on the electronic vaccination platform amounted to 6,208,138, it added.
Earlier, the ministry reported 556 new COVID-19 cases, raising the total number of cases in the North African country to 703,059.
The death toll from the virus rose by seven to 24,676 in Tunisia, while the total number of recoveries reached 671,866. Enditem
