RABAT, March 12 (Xinhua) -- Moroccan government said Thursday it has suspended air traffic with Algeria until further notice over COVID-19 fears, an official statement said.
The decision was notified to the Algerian authorities in advance, the statement added.
Earlier on Thursday Morocco has decided to suspend all flights and maritime voyages to and from Spain, its closest European neighbor.
Morocco has reported six confirmed COVID-19 cases till Thursday.
