SINGAPORE, Jan. 30 (Xinhua) -- Singapore's Ministry of Health (MOH) announced on Thursday it has confirmed three more imported cases of new coronavirus infection, bringing the total number of such confirmed cases in Singapore to 13.
All the three new cases are Chinese nationals who have arrived from Wuhan, said the ministry, adding there is currently no evidence of community spread in Singapore.
The three new cases are stable, while among the 10 previously announced cases, none is in critical condition and most of them are improving, said the ministry.
As of 12 p.m.(0400 GMT), Jan. 30, 164 of the suspected cases in Singapore have tested negative for the new coronavirus, and 13 have tested positive. Test results for the remaining 49 cases are pending.
Meanwhile, the ministry is trying to establish persons the confirmed cases had contact with, and once identified, the MOH will closely monitor all close contacts.
