5.4-magnitude quake hits Kota Ternate, Indonesia: USGS

NEW YORK, Feb. 15 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 jolted 126 km northwest of Kota Ternate, Indonesia, at 15:36:41 GMT on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 1.601 degrees north latitude and 126.5726 degrees east longitude.
